Movie Monday #40

I recently stumbled upon the following video and couldn't help but love it. So check it out. If you love it too (and seriously, how could you NOT??), click on over to YouTube and give it a like. ♥

On the Horizon (#13) - God of War 5

In which I talk about games and game-related products that are not yet released and how much I want them...

---

***God of War 5***

Anyone who saw the E3 trailer for the next installment in the God of War franchise must be intrigued. They certainly managed to make me curious over a series I have very little interest in. (Yeah, I remember that I already have the whole bleeding saga. Yeah, I haven't played it and I'm actually a little nervous to do so. I've heard...things...)

Anyway, below you'll find the trailer I'm referring to. ▼ I'd say this gameplay vid is an M-rated one, though I'm pretty sure this game hasn't yet reached the point where it gets its official rating.

On the Horizon (#12) - NieR Automata

In which I talk about games and game-related products not yet released, and how much I want them...

---

***NieR: Automata***

I don't know much about this upcoming release from Square Enix, and I've only played a little bit of the original Nier, but for some reason, I want this game. It could be the E3 trailer sold me on a game I was already curious about. I'm not sure. I've linked the trailer below, so check it out for yourself. ▼

On the Horizon (#9)

In which I talk about upcoming games or game-related items I'm eager to get my hands on...

***Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice***

So, yeah. Remember Heavenly Sword, Enslaved: Odyssey to the West, and DmC Devil May Cry? All made by Ninja Theory, the greatest game developer of all time? (No, they didn't pay me to say that. I'm just in love with them. All of them. The whole damn company.)

They're making another game, Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice. I've watched a few of their development diaries and WOW. I can't even believe this is a game. Check out this Senua trailer:

Freaky, right? She looks so lifelike, so real. I'm really excited about this game. It's still a little ways from release; it's not even up on Amazon yet...but it is on Steam. It appears it will be released for PS4 and PC, so YAY ME!!! I'm gonna get it for both! Eventually. :D

I strongly recommend you check out the development diaries. It's really cool to see this game take shape. You can find the whole list on YouTube:

On the Horizon (#8)

Yet another game I'm anxiously awaiting.

***Final Fantasy XII***
The Zodiac Age

Holy crap! I freakin' LOVE Squeenix right now! They're redoing so many of their older games, porting ones to PC, remaking, blah, blah, blah!!! FFIX, FFX/X-2 ported to PC, FFVII remake in the works, not to mention all the ones they ported to PC years ago. I'm in Final Fantasy HEAVEN!!

They're re-releasing FFXII for PS4, but it's not just simply an HD remaster/re-release. They are remastering/re-releasing the version of XII that was previously only released in Japan. Yeah. So freaking excited!!

Here's the official announcement trailer from Square Enix:

Movie Monday (#14) - Man At Arms *Reforged*

And just because I adore Sword Art Online, here's another Man At Arms post. This time the team cranks out Asuna's Rapier. Enjoy!

Movie Monday (#5) - Lightning Returns (FFXIII)

I'm insanely addicted to the Final Fantasy franchise. I've been slowly collecting them and can now say I have every one that's available for console or PC. Some of them I have on multiple platforms.

This week's featured video is from Lightning Returns, the third entry in the FFXIII series of Final Fantasy. I've taken so many videos of this game, but none of them are more than 30 secs. (They're that short 'cause my only vid capturing software is Fraps' free version.) That said, here's a short vid of Lightning taking out a Reaver with the elementa spell and generous use of the Overclock function. Enjoy! ♥

Movie Monday (#3)

I discovered Man At Arms a while back. I even shared one of their vidz HERE on this blog. I haven't seen every episode [yet], but anything Sword Art Online DESERVES a share!

Movie Monday (#1)

And because I capture game video with as much enthusiasm as I do screenshots, I've started...

This feature may not always be my own game videos. I might occasionally trot on over to YouTube and link others people's videos, ones I found helpful to my own gameplay or found just plain entertaining. Some might not be game vidz at all, but they will always have something to do with gaming.

For this very first Movie Monday, how about something I'm very excited about. The remake of Final Fantasy VII. A few teaser videos have been released and wow. Just WOW.

Man at Arms — Dante's Rebellion Sword

Here's another great web show I stumbled across a while ago...

---

***MAN AT ARMS***
*REFORGED*
Dante's Rebellion Sword (Devil May Cry)

I've watched several episodes of this show and I think it's great fun to watch this awesome team of artists recreate video game weapons. I, of course, had to share an episode featuring one of my all-time favorite video game characters. :D

Click on over to YouTube, give the vid a like (if you liked it), and check out the other episodes/weapons.

Until next time...

CoOpted by Silver Stag Entertainment

I have this friend, this writer/gamer friend, and she has this friend, this.... well, I don't know anything about him. They have this show called CoOpted, in which they play games together, sometimes awkwardly, sometimes badly, sometimes fantastically, but always hilariously. This is their show.

Oh, I should warn you. There is some strong language in this show from time to time. If you're easily offended, don't watch.

***CoOpted***
Borderlands Episode 1

I strongly urge you to click on over to YouTube, give the video a like, and then watch the more recent episodes. It's pretty funny, especially if you've played Borderlands. I may have yelled at my screen whenever they missed a loot chest...

Until next time...
